Beverley Ferris
Director & Financial Planner
With over 35 years of experience in financial services, Beverley (Bev) Ferris is dedicated to providing tailored financial advice that empowers her clients to achieve their goals.
Bev began her career in the insurance industry in 1990 before transitioning to financial planning in 1993. In 2013, she founded Sapphire Financial Services with a vision to deliver comprehensive, client-focused financial solutions. She has been an Authorised Representative of Professional Investment Services since 2001 and earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 2011.
Specialising in superannuation, investments, personal insurance, estate planning, and Centrelink strategies, Bev takes a holistic approach to financial planning, ensuring her clients receive expert guidance tailored to their unique circumstances.
A lifelong resident of Mackay, Bev values strong community connections. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and beloved fur-baby, staying active, camping, and supporting live music. As a long-standing member of the Financial Planning Association, she is passionate about upholding and enhancing the integrity of the financial services industry.

Sarah Long
RECEPTIONIST
Sarah brings to the team years of experience in customer service and retail. She joins us on a new career path and is prepared for the challenge. Sarah wants to further her knowledge and skills within the industry and become an asset to the workplace.
Sarah enjoys her days off spending time with her Fiancé, and family.

Shannon Garnham
ADMINISTRATION
Shannon brings over 24 years’ experience in an Administration role and loves the Financial Planning Industry. Shannon’s role as Administrator is working closely alongside Bev, providing A+ service to all of our clients.
Shannon is currently studying to come a Financial Planner and currently assists clients with their Centrelink applications.
Shannon and her husband, Brad, have two beautiful children who all love camping and being outdoors together.
