Beverley Ferris

Director & Financial Planner

Bev started working in the insurance industry in 1990 and within financial planning in 1993. She founded Sapphire Financial Services in 2013 and has been an Authorised Representative of Professional Investment Services since 2001. Bev completed her Certified Financial Planners degree in April 2011.

With more than 27 years of experience in the industry, Bev’s focus is to provide a holistic service to all her clients, and specialises in providing advice on superannuation, investments, insurance, estate planning and Centrelink.

Born in Mackay, she has lived here ever since. Bev enjoys spending time with her family, camping and listening to live bands. She is a long-term committee member of the local Financial Planning Association Chapter and is passionate about improving the industry’s reputation.

Cristal Jackson

RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION 

Cristal is always ready to greet our clients with her infectious, happy, bubbly and outgoing personality. With more than 17 years’ experience in reception and administration, her professional manner and the enthusiasm she brings for her passion for great customer service is a refreshing trait.

Cristal and her husband were both born in Mackay, and are now raising their two children here. Cristal loves being outdoors with the family, fishing, camping and watching the kids play sport.

Jenny Giles

ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT & BOOKKEEPING

Jenny has worked in the financial planning industry for more than 20 years – 17 of which she has worked closely with Bev Ferris. Jenny’s role in the business is administrative, mainly taking care of entering data into MYOB.

Away from work, Jenny’s interests include golf, traveling and seeing Australia in her caravan with her husband.

Shannon Garnham

ADMINISTRATION

Shannon brings over 20 years’ experience in an Administration role and loves the Financial Planning Industry. Shannon’s role as Administrator is working closely alongside Bev, providing A+ service to all of our clients.

Shannon and her husband, Brad, have two beautiful children who all love camping and being outdoors together.
